Rome Business School’s Career Services is structured to support students with or without professional background with a personalized professional guidance and support effectively aligned with their profile and experience. In addition, our company partners, professional headhunters and business mentors work together to help students acquire personal and professional skills to face today’s labor market. This is especially crucial for junior profiles to get their first job but for seniors as well to meet their responsibility or salary aspirations. Career Services works to connect students and companies every day, training future managers to be agents of change as soon as they enter the world of work. The Career Fair 2022 hosted more than 400 students and 34 top companies worldwide with the aim of connecting academia and the world of work by offering real career opportunities to young talents. With the Career Fair, the school aims to support students and graduates in building a successful career by enhancing students’ networking skills by analysing and understanding current recruitment methods on an international basis.
